Learn the healing qualities of the herbs and spices already in your kitchen! We’ll explore common culinary herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano, and new ways to prepare them to experience their many benefits. You’ll learn how to make herb-infused oils, vinegars, and oxymels and receive recipes to take home. Materials will be provided.

About our presenter: Amanda is the herbalist and owner of Locust Light Farm in Bucks County, PA. She’s worked with herbs as a farmer, a medicine-maker, and herbalist for 10 years. She offers classes both in-person and online for all levels of experience. Amanda is the “Herbal Pharmacy” teacher at David Winston’s Herbalist Training Program and has a private clinical practice.
