A Helpful Harvest: Farm Tour & Community Service

It’s a half day for HVRSD! Make the most out of it by joining us on the farm for an afternoon of fun and community connection. First, we’ll take a tour and learn about all that goes into growing our food. Then, we’ll help harvest food donations for Henry’s Haven, a local animal sanctuary! Registration required.

Recommended for ages 5+. Siblings welcome. 
Dress for the weather and prepare to be active!

Fairgrown Farm is a small, organic farm started by two brothers in Hopewell, NJ. They cultivate community connections by supporting local organizations and by offering a strong community supported agriculture (CSA) program.

Henry’s Haven is a nonprofit animal sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and providing lifelong care for all animals in need, many of whom have been overlooked, neglected or deemed unadoptable.
