2025 Summer Reading “Color Our World”
KIDS’ SUMMER READING CLUB
June 13 – August 1, 2025
Sign up or at the library to pick up your Summer Reading game board (recommended for ages 5-10) and a special sign-up bonus prize.. We also have an Under 5 game board available at the library front desk starting June 13. Read, participate in fun activities, and attend library programs to earn stamps and win prizes throughout the summer.

Supporting School Summer Reading
We’re here to help students keep reading strong all summer long! If your child is looking for their required summer reading titles or assignments for school, our library is a great resource. We have extra copies of many common school summer reading books, and we’ve also gathered direct links to local school summer reading lists to make it easy for you to find everything in one place: TMS, HVCHS, TPS Middle School, TPS Upper School
ADULT SUMMER READING PROGRAM 
June 1 – August 31, 2025
Write brief book reviews or library program reviews and enter to win. One entry per title/event. Enter as many times as you would like! Prize drawings throughout the summer! Pick up entry forms at the circulation desk or fill out online. Submit from 6/1 – 8/31. There will be an end-of-the-summer grand prize drawing for a Kindle. All books count, including print books, e-books, and audiobooks. Programs may be in-person or virtual. Participants must have a Pennington Public Library card to be eligible for prize drawings. Don’t have a card? Get one today!

Tie Dye Workshop

Join us for a family-friendly tie dye extravaganza led by our friends from the Hopewell Valley Arts Council! Each registered participant will receive a drawstring bag to tie dye. Participants are welcome to bring alternate items to dye if they would like.

We’ll explore a range of games, including dice-based games, counting and number games, creative drawing games and games with maps and movement. Come to one session or all. All abilities welcome.
