Paws to Read: Travel Edition

Tuesday, July 11, 2023 @ 4 pm @ Pennington Public Library
Recommended for ages 5-10

Presented in Partnership with Tabby’s Place, a cage-free haven for cats from desperate circumstances

Space is limited. Registration Required:

The adorable, book-loving cats from Tabby’s Place are back! Studies show that over the summer, children tend to lose some of the learning gains they made during the previous school year. Luckily, studies also show that children who read aloud to therapy animals on a regular basis become more confident, skilled readers! Bring your own book or choose from one of ours- this is the perfect opportunity to prevent the summer skills slide while reading with some furry friends.

Cats in the Aged to Purrfection program are regularly examined by the Tabby’s Place veterinary staff and have received current vaccines and disease screenings.
