Pennington was established as a Borough by an Act of the New
Jersey Legislature on January 31, 1890. We are located in beautiful
Central New Jersey and Pennington 
'proper' has a total of 1.0 square mile, all of it land. We are
an independent municipality surrounded by Hopewell Township.
Being a proud part of Hopewell Valley, and the Township,
Pennington Residents may enjoy viewing the Hopewell Valley
Historical Society link. The Society does much to preserve our unique
identity.

to the Pennington Borough Hall.
