Presenter: Chef My

Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. The cuisine reflects the Vietnamese lifestyle, from the preparation to how the food is served.

Chef My will guide participants through a hands-on online cooking class to prepare 2 Vietnamese dishes: Bánh Xèo (a savory crepe/pancake) and Chuối Chiên (fried bananas). As the participants cook along with Chef My from their kitchens, she will give tips and suggestions while having a good conversation about Vietnam, the food, and the tradition.  After preparing the meal, she will take the class on a market tour to discover local life in the morning in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
