The Pennington Public Library was founded in 1876 to provide reading material to the community. For over 100 years the Library has fulfilled that mission. In 1995, the Library moved to its present location in the New Borough Hall. Membership is free to all residents of Pennington Borough, Hopewell Township and owners and employees of businesses in Pennington. For all others, there is a membership fee of $10 per year.
The library provides a wide variety of materials to meet the needs of our adult and juvenile patrons.

Volunteers
Do you enjoy books, movies, magazines and people who share these interests? If so, we need your help maintaining a 122 year-old Borough tradition. We need volunteers to work weekly or bi-weekly at our circulation desk in 2-hour shifts. Knowledgeable and friendly staff will provide training.
